We seek an ambitious, friendly, customer focussed experienced conveyancing assistant to join our fast-growing conveyancing department.

Responsibilities: 

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing procedure. 
• To manage all sale files with little supervision 
• To draft search reports, mortgage reports, and assist with enquiries 
• Have good IT skills and be familiar with case management systems 
• Have good communication skills both in person and by telephone with the customers and introducer. 
• Be highly organised and adaptable.

From £22,000 to £26,500
